The rain held off to give us a comfortable stroll to Auchtavan. We had lunch outside the horsemill and wondered what it must have been like living without the luxury of running water,double glazing,electricity and of course the internet! It was a bonus to have the key to the cottage.Perhaps we should develop the settlement further and set it up as a reenactment village? Michel over to you!
